While hospitality has always been a hallmark of Maison Troisgros, in Ouches, it feels even more like being invited into the family home. Its vast rooms and en-suite bathrooms feel luxurious and homely at the same time. A delicacy left as a welcome attention, shared recipes and other thoughtful attentions encourage guests to settle in comfortably and feel welcome.

What a joy to take an everlasting breakfast and then stroll through one of the lounges, whose blown-glass windows open onto a large terrace, overlooking the meadows and forest. Relax near the fireplace in the green room or linger in the library, among art books and a variety of art objects and flowers. The magic of this grand house lies as much in the uniqueness of the moment as in its eternal beauty.

Rooms are available from 4 p.m. until 11 a.m. the following day
Certain rooms can be equipped with a baby bed (free) and/or a sofa bed for an extra charge of €35
Buffet breakfast available at €40 per person
Secured parking
Heated outdoor pool and Nordic bath
On request, we can prepare a picnic basket for your departure at €40 per person
Pets 35€ (pets are not allowed in the restaurant and may not be left alone in the room. We suggest to leave them with us at the reception during your meal).
On request, we can provide a baby-sitting service for your children (15€ per hour). They are welcome to enjoy their meal at the chefs’ table in the kitchen.
To appreciate your moment with us, you can take seat at your table at 1 p.m. latest for lunch and 9 p.m. latest for dinner.
In the restaurant, trousers are required for gentlemen.

From the moment you walk through the old barn, the atmosphere unfolds, warm and welcoming. Between the artists’ works offered at loan and the colorful collections that Marie-Pierre likes to bring to life in each of the rooms, cats linger and sign together with her the spirit of this lively place.

Just like the attentive staff members, discretely present to ensure hospitality, the architecture blends together with the orb of a centuries-old oak, embracing styles and eras. This overall fluidity, where nothing disturbs and everyone and everything is free to evolve, creates a feeling of peace. This feels like home, a world in itself.

The Troisgros family’s dream at Ouches is the fruit of desire and intuition. And what a dream this seventeen-hectare estate is, blending into the country side and where nature is free to express itself. This impressionist painting, a true ode to day-to-day life, has its own unique vibrancy and shapes. Neither the architect nor the landscape designer sought to dominate or transform nature. Instead, through an interplay of transparencies that lets nature enter from all sides, they allow us to see, smell, touch and taste it…

From the persimmon garden to the white enclosed court with its inviting benches, from the tree of wishes to the forest and its floating world… in all weathers and in all kinds of light, this place is an invitation to stroll and wander.
