  • What are your booking and cancellation conditions?

    We require a 150€ bank deposit per person for a restaurant reservation. If a table is cancelled less than 72 hours before the planned date, or in the event of a no-show, 150€ per person will be due. For tables of more than 10 guests, a deposit of €100 per person will be requested at the time of booking and retained in the event of cancellation 10 days before the date.

    If a hotel room is cancelled less than 7 days before the planned date, or if no-one shows up, the full amount will be due.

  • Do you accept travel vouchers?

    We do not accept travel vouchers.

  • What credit cards do you accept?

    We accept the following cards: Maestro, Mastercard, Visa et American Express.

  • Do you have a bar open to outside guests?

    Our bar is reserved exclusively for restaurant guests and hotel guests, and is not open to outside customers.

  • Do you have parking and an electric recharging station?

    At the restaurant, we have private, uncovered parking with two ChargePoint electric charging stations (€4.80 per plug-in, then €0.40 per kWh consumed).
    At the hotel, we have enclosed private parking, partially covered, with two “Porsche” universal recharging stations with priority access for 100% electric vehicles.

  • When are you open and at what times?

    Our Hotel “Le Bois dormant” and Restaurant*** “Le Bois sans feuilles” are open from Wednesday evening to Sunday evening included. We close for 10 days in summer (mid-August) and for 3 weeks in winter (late December to mid-January). To make the most of your time with us, please note that our rooms are available from 4:00 p.m. until 11:00 a.m. the following day. Please also note that you can take seat at your table at 1:00 p.m. latest for lunch and 9:00 p.m. latest for dinner.

  • Where are you located?

    Our Hotel “Le Bois dormant” and Restaurant*** “Le Bois sans feuilles” are located in Ouches (10 minutes from Roanne) since the historic Maison moved there in 2017.
    Le Pré Cheval” is located in Ouches as well, at only a few steps from la Maison.
    Our restaurant-bistro “Le Central” resides opposite the railway station in downtown Roanne, since the early 90s.
