Our business today unites several addresses...

The hotel restaurant, which bears the sign Maison TroisGros, is the historical centre. It's the place where I spent my childhood, the establishment created by my grandparents, where later the Troisgros Brothers's cooking was invented; where with Marie-Pierre in 1983. I rejoined my father before later succeeding him.

In 1996, we opened Le Central, a café-delicatessen next door to the hotel. It is a convivial place where the food is both light and inventive.

In 2008, we expanded our horizons to the Colline du Colombier, just a few kilometres from Roanne.
We created an auberge and an original place to stay, in tranquillity, overlooking one of the best views in the region.
