Our daughter Marion Troisgros and his friend Benoit Guillaume have realized their dream. As they are passionate by horses, they have created a beautiful place in the country (to Neulise, 15 km from Roanne). Marion et Benoît will be happy to take you in ballad and to teach you how ti ride. |

Our chef, Florent BOIVIN, wins the 2011 "MOF" competition. He's born in Lapalisse, Allier. He joins us in 2004. He begins as "Chef de Partie", and was quickly promoted as Chef at only 28 years old. We are very proud of him. |
